In 2003, we embarked on renovating a 1790 historic property in the Hudson Valley. At its heart stood a mid-19th-century dairy barn in a state of near ruin. Over the course of 21 years, we meticulously oversaw the restoration of this remarkable structure, painstakingly revitalizing every element. By December 2024, it was completed and transformed into an innovative 2700 square foot exhibition and project space—an environment designed to nurture creative expression.
Magenta Art Projects was conceived as a space to showcase extraordinary individuals and unconventional artistic endeavors.
Magenta, which lies outside the visible color spectrum, serves as a compelling metaphor for our enduring dedication to imaginative exploration—and for spotlighting artists who might otherwise remain unseen.
